Refund and Returns Policy

At Best Sparkle Cleaning Service, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the terms related to refunds and service-related concerns.

1. Service-Based Business

Best Sparkle Cleaning Service provides home cleaning services, which are non-tangible and service-based. Therefore, returns are not applicable once a service has been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Service was not delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Best Sparkle Cleaning Service
  • Duplicate or excess payment made by the customer

All refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Dissatisfaction due to conditions beyond our control (e.g., heavy stains, old marks, or pre-existing damage)
  • Service interruptions caused by lack of water, electricity, or access to the premises
  • Customer absence or cancellation at the time of service

4. Partial Refunds

If a service is partially completed due to unavoidable circumstances, any refund will be calculated at the discretion of Best Sparkle Cleaning Service based on the work completed.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
